Jewish Groups Announce Events For Anniversary Of 9/11 Attacks

Synagogues Across Country Will Host Memorial Services, Educational Programs

In remembrance of the 21st anniversary of the September 11th attacks, Jewish groups across the United States are organizing various events to honor the victims and commemorate the tragic day.

The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) is hosting a nationwide memorial service at its headquarters in New York City. The service will feature speeches from religious leaders, elected officials, and survivors of the attacks.

Educational Programs To Promote Understanding

In addition to memorial services, many synagogues will host educational programs to promote understanding of the attacks and their impact on the Jewish community.

The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum will offer a virtual program exploring the history of anti-Semitism and its connection to the 9/11 attacks.

The Jewish Federations of North America will host a webinar discussing the role of Jewish organizations in responding to hate crimes and promoting interfaith dialogue.

These events serve as a reminder of the importance of remembering the victims of terrorism and working together to prevent future attacks.
